We are seeking a Recruiter to join our staffing team. We are hiring for both our Santa Ana office and our Anaheim office.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Conduct Interviews with associates as they apply.
• Review applications and provide assistance to applicants.
• Interact with clients on a daily basis.
• Understand the job specifications, job candidates, and job requirements for the position.
• Post job ads on various platforms such as job boards, social media networks, and website career pages.
• Screen resumes and interview potential candidates on a regular basis.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future use.
• Ensure proper documentation of the entire hiring process is maintained.

• 8AM to 5PM (occasional OT)

Staffing experience is not required. We are seeking someone who is willing to learn and grow.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
