We're Seeking a Refunds Supervisor to join us.
What you'll do:
- Review and coordinate refunds for patients and/or clients
- Communicate department job expectations, policies and procedures to Refund Representatives
- Track key performance indicators to ensure service level agreements are achieved
- Extensive insurance follow-up with a wide variety of payers, including Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross and major commercial carriers
- Utilize your high-level understanding of medical accounts receivable to identify and work with insurance carriers
- Provide ongoing training and development to Refund Representatives
