Role: Senior Architect/Engineer
Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in building design as an Engineer/Architect
Key Skills: Proficient in using AutoCAD, MicroStation
Description: MP Engineers and Architects, P.C. is hiring Full time Senior Architects/Engineers for our NYC Downtown Office. Job duties: • Act as mid-level manager and oversee junior Architects/Engineers • Developing Design documents for renovation of the buildings. • Producing detailed drawings. • Negotiating with contractors and other professionals. • Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors, and other specialists. • Making site visits to check on progress. • Dealing with problems that might come up during construction phase. Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years’ experience in building design as an Engineer / Architect. • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering. • PE / RA is a plus . • Proficient in using AutoCAD, MicroStation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
