Ripple Effect Consulting (REC) is seeking to add a self-motivated Recruiter/Headhunter with experience in one of the following fields: (AEC) Engineering, IT, or construction to join our team. REC is an innovative consulting firm that provides top talent to firms all over the U.S. Within our company, you will have the opportunity to utilize work ethic, commitment, and an entrepreneurial spirit to contribute to your brand as well as helping to grow REC's business. Your daily activity involves becoming an expert in our industry sectors by talking with every viable candidate and prospective hiring managers while keeping up to date on industry trends. Recruiting is a sales business which requires you to be proactively involved in the direction of your day. You will yield success by being on the phone, and making proactive, outbound calls into our industry sectors. A Recruiter at REC has unlimited earning potential with a commission plan that has no cap. You have the opportunity to earn a commission off of both your sales and recruiting efforts. We offer a base + commission.
We are looking for very money-motivated people who want to be or already are what we call "Real Headhunters." We strive to build real, long-term relationships with people.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 4 years of experience in the technical recruiting space
- Develop and maintain a constant network of clients and candidates, both active and passive
- Research to identify potential candidates and hiring managers via professional networking sites, databases, and internet tools
- Engage in a detailed interview and reference check process for each candidate
- Promoting and selling our recruiting services to prospective clients
- Negotiating, problem-solving, and selling to get the job done
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Previous recruiting or sales experience in construction and/or our industry sectors preferred
- Results-driven with a proven track record of success in your professional career
- An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to hold yourself accountable to your commitments
- Excellent communication skills reflecting an ability to persuade, counsel, advise and close for action
- Flexible mentality with a knack for managing ambiguity and change
- Persistence to overcome rejection
- Solid organizational skills
- Team-player with the desire to celebrate other successes
- Interest in the Civil, Construction, Oil & Gas, Power, Mining, Transportation, IT, Water, Wastewater, and Environmental industries

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
