Front Office/Treatment Coordinator
Bend Family Dentistry is looking to add a key player to our team! We are seeking an individual to become our newest Treatment Coordinator. We pride ourselves on relationship based experiences for our patients and positive comradery amongst teammates.

Therefore, we are seeking individuals exhibiting the following qualities:

In this role responsibilities included but not limited to:

Answer multi-line phones

Schedule Appointments

Appointment Check-Out

Present treatment plans

Schedule treatment appointments to meet production goals

Collaborate care with Specialists

Prepare treatment plans, collections and future visits

Cross train amongst front office team

We would like to hear from you if you exhibit the following skills:

2+ years of dental front office experience

Ability to multitask efficiently and effectively

Have exquisite attention to detail

Capability to work in fast-paced environment

Knowledge of:

Dental terminology

Dental procedures

Scheduling for multiple providers

Insurance benefits

Treatment planning and presentation

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Dental office experience: 2 years (Preferred)
