A UNITS Customer Service Operations Specialist and General Manager is an energetic, professional, outgoing self-starter who has excellent sales skills, and is a team player who works well with others. Superb marketing and customer service skills above average. He/she aggressively contributes to profitability by developing and maintaining mutually beneficial business relationships and being committed to customer satisfaction. The manager pays close attention to detail and has light bookkeeping and computer skills. The applicant will provide outstanding customer service including assessing and resolving customer problems and professionally handling telephone and walk-in inquiries. Visually inspects the facility daily, observes and responds promptly to any situation, and advises management.

General management of the office including but not limited to opening and closing the office and warehouse on time each day. Maintains all required tenant documentation in a neat and orderly fashion as directed by management. The CSR must be able to control delinquencies by telephone contact and letters on a scheduled basis including sending out monthly invoices. Maintaining the accuracy of the Petty Cash, making daily bank deposits, and preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by management. Assist in preparing units for auction, vacate as prescribed by law and approved by management. Ultimately, the CSR is responsible for sales, marketing, and maximizing container inventory utilization through effective advertising, promotional incentives, and customer relation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
