The Opportunity
The KIPP IT Support Services team is looking for temporary support with annual technology management projects. During the scope of this project, the Temporary IT Support Services Technicians will support summer projects ranging from Chromebook collection, cleanup, and distribution to the reimaging and asset management of staff technology. This will start on May 15, 2023 and end on August 31, 2023.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Accountabilities
- The Temporary IT Support Services Technicians will support the collection of 35k+ technical devices (e.g. laptops, chromebooks, hotspots, etc) by:
- Working closely with the IT team to collect, image, clean, and assign Google Chromebooks
- Being responsible for collecting asst information and required to accurately upload into asset tracking system
- Will be required to travel from school to school to help with Chromebook management
Skills
- Ability to organize, plan and carry out complex assignments
- Ability to work effectively with tight deadlines and firm schedules
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy required
- Excellent organizational skills required
Required Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma
- Valid driver’s licenses
- Experience working in a school district, CMO, non-profit or government agency is a plus.
